Some people consider graffitti to be vandalism but I think it's an art form. yes, I said ART! I know it is because some of the people doing it are very talented. There are different types of graffitti art: spray paint, acrylic paint, stencils, wheat-pasted paper cutouts, vinyl stickers, etc...
